FAQ

What's the difference between tiers?
Every tier gets the same product — every feature, the same chat. Tiers differ on your monthly video limit (Free 10 min → 50 / 200 / 600 / 1,500 → 10,000 min Studio Pro). You pay for the videos you make with credits (no bundled welcome credit). When you reach your monthly minute limit, upgrade to a higher tier for more.
What are "minutes"?
Minutes are your monthly creation limit — the maximum length of finished video you can make on your tier each billing period (for example, 100 minutes on Starter). Minutes are not credit and don't pay for anything; they simply cap how much you're allowed to create. They reset every month.
What's "credit"?
Credit is separate from your minutes — it's what actually pays for the videos you generate. A 30-second video is $5.00 at Draft (480p), $10.00 at Social (720p), $25.00 at Cinema (1080p); longer films scale with length. Top up anytime — credit never expires, and every charge shows you its exact price before you approve it.
Do music videos cost the same?
No — a music video costs more than the prices above. Those cover the filming; a music video also pays for the song and for lip-synced singing, which is charged per second of singing. A three-minute video with two minutes of singing costs meaningfully more than a three-minute commercial. You always see the exact price and approve it before anything renders.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page — you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. No pro-rated refund, but no surprise charge either.
Do my minutes or credit roll over?
Your monthly video minutes reset at the start of each billing period. Credit you've bought (top-ups) is yours and never expires.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Use the billing portal to upgrade or downgrade. Stripe handles proration automatically.
